In beautiful Brooklyn, suburb of Liverpool, Villa Bayview B&B offers an authentic 19th century Victorian atmosphere with free Wi-Fi and free parking. The parlour, the breakfast room, the sunroom and the guest rooms of Villa Bayview are individually designed, offering charm of the 19th century and it's comfortable furnishings. The four air conditioned guest rooms are named Spring, Summer and Autumn and Winter because of the colours of the Victorian wallpaper and the paintings on the walls. Three rooms overlook the bay of the Atlantic Ocean. A small brook runs from the garden into the ocean. The guest rooms and common areas are decorated with 19th-century paintings and engravings. Shared bathroom facility are provided for guests with hairdryer and irons are available on request. A French and English breakfast is served in the breakfast room and is included in the room rate. Halifax Stanfield International Airport is an hour and a half away. Transfers between the airport and Villa Bayview are available on request. As the staff lives two houses away, we are always available. The South Shore in Nova Scotia is Canada's stunning Victorian flower garden. One excellent restaurant in the area is Paul's German Cafe Bistro. Their Wiener Schnitzel is famous across Canada! The famous Beach Meadows, with its beautiful sandy ocean beach, is a 3-minute drive away, while Liverpool's 19th-century city centre is a 5-minute drive away. The Marina Sailing Club and Varnus Hall, the famous sanctuary of classical music, and Canadian residence of the legendary organ virtuoso Xaver Varnus, are a two-minute walk away. Varnus Hall is home to one of Nova Scotia's most magnificent concert organs, with 3000 pipes. Within 3 minutes drive, another attraction of the area is the 'Cosby's Concrete Creations' of Nova Scotia sculptor, Ivan Higgins. His outdoor Sculpture Garden is amazing! A 5-minute drive will take you to Liverpool's Astor Theatre, the world-famous Kejimkujik National Park is an hour's drive away, and in 80 minutes you can reach ancient city of Annapolis Royal, where the first French gravestones date back to 1601 in the historical cemetery.
