It's nice to see a company that is honest about what they're selling. Too many laser companies are in it only to sell one then forget about you.

This is why you trust stainless steel or other metals and you coat them later. Some automotive varnish clear coat does the job very well and preserves colors.

Thank you for being so honest, very informative. I’m an independent jewelry, I work on 14 kt and platinum jewelry only. I need the proper mopo laser to add color to my jewelry. Thank you for your honesty that the mopo laser only add color to stainless steel and the negative effects long term.

I just subscribed. This is exactly what I wanted to know because I’m deciding MOPA vs non-MOPA. You have saved me thousands of dollars. Color would be fun but it was never something I thought about before seeing it was possible. I assumed color blending was possible. Now I see it isn’t.

How did you know I was searching for an answer to my question? Spooky YouTube algorithm perhaps.

Glad I found you.

Hi, I would love to learn/see more about the corrosion of color laser engraving. Mostly interested in why the colors corrode and how to protect the engraving from this corrosion.

Thank you for this informative video. The information it provided may have helped prevent me making a costly mistake. One cannot ask more from a YouTube channel, so I am happy to subscribe!

It all depends on your power too. If you have a 30W MOPA it’ll take a while get a 60w and up in MOPA if you want to take advantage of the tech and not go down in speed in achieving those colors

Wow you just saved me from making a big mistake and buying the wrong laser. Thank you Eddie

clear over color engravings so they don't oxidize. The "colors" are oxidation themselves.

do you know if the engraving with mopa without color generates rust too?

Is there a way to seal the color engraving so it doesn't rust? Some kind of spray?

Low grade stainless has iron and other oxidizing elements

Thank you for the honest info, I understand that color marking is not durable especially when used outdoors. But what do you recommend for black marking of stainless steel and aluminum. If I got it right MOPA can mark both materials with deeper black, more contrast. But what about the durability of black marking with MOPA ?
My other question, we see color marking is slow with MOPA. But can we just not use the MOPA extras and mark with the same fast speed with a MOPA laser as it was a normal Q-switched engraver? Is it only some features related to color that makes the process to be slow or a MOPA is always slow ?

When not engraving stainless with colors, is the MOPA laser still as fast as a Q-switched fiber laser?

I also appreciate your honesty etc
How much is one of your fiber lasers, will they also engrave stone and do you have an outlet in France?

We can use auto spray before marking to get rid of rust n corrosion

maybe we can plastify with some spray so it doesn't rust
