President-elect Trump’s incoming “border czar” Tom Homan is touting a plan for mass deportations and some state and local officials are already signaling they’ll push back. Meanwhile, fears of a possible trade war are being sparked by Trump’s plan to impose new tariffs on imported goods. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.
