Must be that strong $1, 400 stimulus check from 2 years ago that's just making everything stupid.

Imho what they dont get is that people are willing to pay the high interest rate to purchase a home or take a loan to buy a car. Considering the high rent, that cost more than a mortgage, the fact that many generations paid interest of 7% to 15% maybe more just to own, even in weaker economies, this do not scare people anymore. The notion is if you can do it, just do it, work and pay and be an owner. Time will pass property always go up so nothing to fear. There is more to fear if you can not pay the rent.
