Vinotemp Video

It trickles out and doesn't pour properly -and I tried to deal with Vinotemp "customer service" which was pretty bad. had to keep chasing them to reply to my emails and then they sent a replacement part which didn't help then sent the same part again after i told them it didn't help the first time.

Now I am disputing the charge with Amex as I cant deal with these people any more. I hope they make better wine coolers than they do beer coolers. Caveat Emptor - big time.

I believe if you open the door where the co2 and regulator sit, you can pull the rubber beer line out by pulling the handle to the open position and pulling the line out at the same. Inspect the hose for any damage or possible glogging. Replace or unclog if needed. Push the hose back in until it reaches the opening while holding the lever in the fully open position.

i have the same thing and same problem... i think this works best with other beers where u have to use co2...
i used heineken as well and i dont think its carbonated so much...

The beer I was using did not require any CO2 so that wasnt it. Just a bad unit apparently.
