The plugins don't work. I unzipped them into the VST Plugin folder and they don't show up in the plugin list or in the 'more plugins' list

No sound is coming out at all. I have channel 1 linked to channel 3 and channel 2 is linked to channel 3. Neither are linked to master channel and they are panned in opposite directions. all other instruments that are not linked to vocodex are playing fine. Any ideas?
