If I can bring up something, Yukari would actually best represent Louisiana, for historical reasons.

Yukari Yakumo, and by extension Mirabel Hearn, were inspired by author Lafcadio Hearn (better known in Japan as Koizumi Yakumo). After being expelled from Greece, he lived in Louisiana, contributing and perserving the unique culture of the time, before moving to Japan, changing his name, and collecting now iconic ghost stories.

Like, the man lived one of the most fascinating lives I've ever read about in history.
