Cutting silage 2019, Claas mowers.

My first field cutting with 2 mowers.

Great vid Dan, we have 2 mowers on 1 tractor and we found that the best way to mow a field is to start on 1 side of the field and the straitest side of the field and work across, because we found that if you do the field in pitches some times 1of the mowers isn't mowing grass.

Nice mirrors on the front mower. Does that have any use in the field or is it more for blind corners on the road?

I often wondered what would happen if that front mower hit a rock or an obstacle - I'd imagine the results would be horrific at the speed that is normally used.
