Oliver Evans was the first to design one in 1805. The first one built was in 1834 by Jacob Perkins. The first electric refrigerator was built by Fred W. Wolf in 1913 and 5 years later in 1918, the first home refrigerator with a self contained compressor was built. So I’m not sure what you mean.

This is just false, Fred Wolfe made the first home refrigerator. And all 5 people most important in the timeline of inventing refrigerators where white.
