This looks like a great machine. As a young teenager, my mother and I use to make pasta, we would spend two days making and drying noodles. I always loved this time with my mother. As a mother I make all our foods from scratch. Today my daughters and I made homemade deviled eggs, all ingredients, except vinegar was homemade. We made a dozen and a half of them. It became our breakfast, we will have to make more for dinner. Lol, we have been talking about learning to make noodles. What was funny, was this was the first video that popped up when our internet came on. Seeing how easy this machine makes it, it will definitely become a “thing” in our home thank you so much.

I'm so happy your back. A lot has happened with all of us during this COVID challenge. I've moved and my kitchen has definitely downsized, but my yard is much bigger and I'm already prepping new garden beds. Next year my garden should triple in size. I'll throw my hat in on this Starfrit and see how my luck is progressing...lol
