I have this problem, when i move my jaw horizontally i can feel like air inside my ear, is that mean i have an infection? When i try valsalva maneuver its fail in the sick ear, what’s that mean doc. I have this problem like 3 years, some days is better some days is worse, what did you will recommend me, did the nasal endoscopy will find the infection or something else ?
