These so called Chiefs & Sheriffs need to LEARN this & EDUCATE their staff.

Forcing him to retire is too good for him.Cause that means he'll get his pension. He should be fired and jailed for his behavior towards the public

Williams is already named as a defendant in a different recent lawsuit. His former Deputy Chief Jessica Cornett sued him and the city, alleging retaliation over her reporting an allegation of excessive use of force by Williams.
• April 17, 2024 Cornett prepared a memorandum detailing the “unlawful and excessive force” reportedly used by Williams and turned it into Eversole
• April 19, 2024, she was reportedly demoted from her post as deputy chief by Williams and Eversole
• after the demotion, “they shamed her for ‘disloyalty’ to HPD, reassigned her to night shift, confiscated her patrol vehicle from her personal residence, placed disciplinary actions into her personnel file without notice, directed other officers to file complaints against her, and seized personal property from her office.”
• August 27, 2024, Cornett was terminated from her role at the Hazard Police Department

He needs his actual pension and earnings to be garnered to pay his fine, not the taxpayer. The female also needs fined for putting rules above the law.
