She used to sing in bars and cafe's since the age of 14 and she can obviously sing back then but since speak now she learned more and more and her speak now vocals are perfection please go watch them, and also her constantly changing genres and evolving as an artist and human make her inspiring. And she never stopped working hard, she beated the criticism and change her flaws into her power. So inspiring.

IMO, she really improved her vocals since her 20ths.
So did Madonna, whose vocal performance ar her debuts, even in studio processed videos were so-so ( for instance the "like a virgin" clip), but improved with time and are great in maturity songs, like "dont cry for me Argentina ".
Same as regards Celine Dion : she already had her amazing vocal register from the beginning. But she really improved the way to express herself after coproducing two french albums with Jean Jacques Goldman, who teached her to modulate the power of her voice, adding a new dimension to her performance, and not to sing the same way in front of a large audience as in intimate venues or for studio recordings.
Taylor vocals in her teen performances were OK to speak to teenage girls, and she already had this sincerity that made her special and successful. Now, after her Reputation come back, she has learned to use her vocals in a way that adds more power and feeling to her already outstandic lyrics and catching melodies.
She now sings the same songs in three different interpretations, the processed studio way for radios, albums and videoclips, the stripped down acoustic intimate performances for careful listeners, and her amazing stage performances in huge football stadiums.

This is the problem with people & the way they respond to media. They are so quick to judge and cut people down. They leave no room for a growth mindset as a collective. Taylor had a growth mindset about herself, and that’s why she kept working hard and growing and has achieved so much now (and yes, has better vocals), but we can’t seem to ever leave room for people’s future growth when we examine them publicly can we? Even when that person is a teenager… maybe if we treated people like we believed they could grow more, more people would continue growing and improving more often. Like Taylor did.
