Jason Weigandt walks and talks through Fox Raceway to recap the opening round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship for 2023, which was swept by Jett and Hunter Lawrence. That's the thing, most of the 450 riders got hurt unable to have Sextons speed, ...Now Jett comes and start like this.!!! There will be a lot of Honda racing this year

WHAT A GREAT RACE!! To all you Chase fans that told me I was a idiot for saying Jett was going to beat Chase and Haiden was going to podium what say you now!! Well Weege you are just visiting!! Jett just flat out beat him!!

If Jet wins say 3 rounds or more the season question will be would Jett have been able to run with/beat Tomac answer from round 1 is absolutely because Jett actually rode a really mature race especially because it was his first 450 race and he runs flag to flag with maybe 3 little mistakes for the whole day, second race was under pressure all the way. This is huge thing for such a young guy. He looked smooth and comfortable on the bike nothing erratic, just a professional all round ride although riding styles are different it was a very Tomac ride in the way he managed the races. Push when you had to manage when you need to, attack the track when you know your fast sections are, be conservative on the sectchy sections, never looked out of controle.
Big question though I guess is how dose it look when he's chasing not leading?

Stellar weekend. Give credit where credit is due. The Lawrence brothers made history at different levels. Honda hasn't had success like this in years... but... it's only 1 race. Sexton will be a factor. Should be a fun season

I agree 10000%. The Lawrence brothers story is one of the coolest the sport has ever seen and needs to be highlighted as an incredible historical event that WE GET TO WITNESS HAPPEN LIVE. How many people watch the sport now that have only ever heard about the RC/JS7/CR22 days, the Dualing Ryan days, the days of MC and Bradshaw and Fro. We need to embrace this and enjoy this story while we have it because let’s be honest… it’s a bit generationally

Ur the best Weege, a real credit to the sport of Motocross! Btw, Regarding living in Southern CA. For me it seems be get bad rap. I moved to Westlake Village CA (its 5 miles coast half way between Santa Monica & Santa Barbara) arriving from 7 year European stint with family in Zurich, CH & Copenhagen, DK and grew up in rural Upstate NY and Raleigh NC. Those R some of best places in world to live, but honestly I'd take living in SoCal over any of the others - especially gr8 if you to play love outdoor sports, weather is near perfect year round esp its low humidity. Edit - if u move here bring lots of $, double what you expected!
