Hey Carmel. I have really enjoyed this video. I watched it on Wednesday to relax in the bath (the most relaxing bath of my life as I’m on holiday and there’s a HUGE tub), yesterday when i had a panic attack because I’m really far from home and needed help to calm down, and tonight while I’m relaxing on the sofa for the last day of my holiday.
