I’m from down south here in Texas…and us Hispanics LOVE CALDO. It’s basically like a chicken soup but just with chicken, the broth and veggies (celery, cabbage, potatoes, squash, carrots, onions)
So good and hits the spot every time. Add a little Mexican rice in it, mmm 😋

Love this video, thank you! Love the idea of a chilli making thing with friends. My fall favourites are roasted pumpkin seeds with honey, salt + chilli powder sprinkled on. And also homemade caramel sauce with green apple slices. Great snacks to keep around. And pumpkin soup is always perfection when it gets cold out
