For at least the last two weeks, it has been hard to imagine that a single North Texan could say, “My life is normal right now.” Many would likely have far more dire statements to make. Beyond the direct consequences of the COVID-19 outbreak, there is an emotional and mental turmoil that has taxed all of us to varying degrees.

Our next digital gathering brings together a panel of mental health professionals from across North Texas. In this 90 minute session, we will hear their reflections on the mental health ramifications of COVID-19 for our communities, as well as gain practical wisdom and tools for coping with current stresses.

The professionals joining us to share how we might care for our mental health as we fend off a threat to our a physical wellbeing are:
