Hello. I have a 2018 G 56, 3500. 40, 000 miles. Just had the factory dual mass flywheel and clutch replaced with a single disc rated at 450–500 hp from Kentucky clutch. I love it. Lots of positive engagement feels solid. I have none of the clunkiness and rattling that the factory flywheel and clutch had. I will be adding power after ARP head studs go in. Likely just 30–60 hp. I have not decided whether I will go emissions intact or deleted.🤔

Nice job with the quick install Casey 🙂👍 I've had Southbend and their competition before. The SouthBend are the best by far in my opinion. Glad to see you got rid of the dual mass flywheel. Most guys overdue it with a dual disk. Makes it a chore to drive on the street. I wouldn't recommend a dual disk unless you plan on high HP, towing *heavy* loads or hooking your truck to the sled at the county fair! 🤣 Take care 🙂👍

Well how is the clutch doing?
Just got one my self and wondering if yours is still hanging in there. Thx for the videos!

Hey Casey. I’m about to do my 2018 Ram G56. Thank you for this video!! Like you I’m not interested in dual disc. Now that you’ve had the OK in yours for a while do you like it? Does it make a lot of noise at idle and under a load? I plan to delete my truck and tune accordingly. Maybe the smallest HP tune available but not much at all. Don’t tow with it anymore and it’s a daily city driver. Do you think I’ll be ok with your set up? Just don’t want it loud and a pain to drive. Thanks again for the video and thank you for any help!
