FIXING A BOWED AND WARPED TABLE WITH PALLET WOOD

I made this table top in a previous video but it has warped, so I going to attach 4 pieces of timber underneath to straighten it out, this also made the table look thicker and more chunkier.

that was great and super useful. Can you explain why you took the screws out after glue up (why not leave them in place for added strength? (apologies-I'm a beginner!)
