I wish there had been guitar in this song, you make it sound so much better. This one and Silly Love songs i grew to love. They really annoyed me when i was young but i realise now they are simply 2 more of his many genius songs.

Thanks for the great lesson as usual! The A chord is an A7sus4: Open fifth string, A, is the root, second fret on the fourth string, E, is the perfect fifth, open third string, G, is the minor seventh, third fret on the second string, D, is a perfect fourth, and the third fret on the first string, G, is another seventh. I believe it's the same chord used in Don Henley's The Heart the Matter.
