Did you have to partially disassemble the light to remove the clip?

I think you hit this one right on the head, Mark. Like you, my EDC lights tend to be much smaller - I generally wear one clipped inside my pocket and don't even notice it until I need it, something this flashlight is a little too bulky to do. But as a general purpose flashlight, something to have around the house to use as needed, it would seem to be a very workable candidate.
It must have a place to plug in the USB-C charge cable, but I didn't notice it and you didn't mention it specifically - where is that on the light?
