I work as a lab tech for a dairy company, looking at milk under the microscope is part of my daily tasks! This was really cool to see on YT

I'd love to see cheddar, camembert and blue cheese. The difference between a regular cheese, a soft cheese and a cheese that's legitimately made to have mold on it is quite interesting to me

I make my own Kefir, with my place being around 60° in the winter I've had to leave the milk out around 4 days to get to a ready state. Perhaps a higher% of Kefir as a starter would reduce that but these are the things that make me second guess the FDAs decisions at times.

It isn't bad milk, it's free yogurt.

Really interesting videos you put out. Is there any way to see skin mites? They say that we have microscopic bugs living on our eyelashes, hair etc etc. Is that true? What about human skin? Are there microscopic creatures living on our skin?

I make Bulgarian buttermilk. I let mine sit out for at least 24 hours and up to 36 hours. Very healthy and delicious 😋

I like to see expired milk never opened that is at least 1-2+ weeks paste the date. But never been open/drink from before and stayed in the fridge.

You rock with the knowledge. Your narration is primed for instruction. I'm expecting to learn something every time I hear that voice. Thanks

"Bro why are you smelling that milk? If you think it's expired I have a microscope in the other room"

Great explanation.
Now I know how yogurt is formed when I make it from scratch.
I love the soft cheese I get once the yogurt is drained in a cheese cloth.l.

Thanks for the explanation!!

Awesome job as always. This video reminded me of my struggle with brucellosis this year. Thank God, I have been able to fully recover.
