this is an amazing book, i love it already.
I have some feedback to you:
-In the current version of the PDF, the table of contents is not clickable, that would be a huge plus, especially for mobile device reading (likely to happen when you work on a thing)
-The page numbers printed at the bottom of the text don't correspond to the pages of the PDF. You started numerating pages after the cover, so if the ToC says page 180, i have to go to page 181 to see the right thing;
-When viewing in 2 pages mode, since the illustrations are on even pages, what will happen by default is that you will have the table with the pinout for the previous board, with the illustration for another board. It is possible to set it to even pages left on firefox pdf thing though.

At last, the visual design is really cool, and i like it a lot like that. Although, there is a small issue : due to the pictures being white on black background, they are not really printable. Although there may be an option to invert colors, but then the odd pages would be white on black. Not a big deal though, as i would be likely to print juste the pinout for the stuff i am using, if needs be.

I hope this helps, and you should also definitely have a nicely printed version available. Not only for the nice object, but also as a way to have us subsidize this great work.
By the way props to you for releasing it under CC-By-SA licence. I will certainely use it for my classes!

This is obviously extremely useful but down the line I'd love a 'less useful' version printed as a sort of coffee table book, I think that would look gorgeous!

Please look at Audrey’s recommendations. Prioritize that your PDF is usable when viewed in the browser.

Have page numbers match up actual page numbers in the PDF, have even and odd pages laid out so that when viewed or printed in two page mode you see the correct two pages at a glance, have links to pages and sections such as the Index/ToC be clickable.
