Worse happened to me. I refused delivery on my SR model y on 3/24/21. Reps said it was fine and ordered a model 3 for me instead. On 3/25 my account was debited TWICE for a car I never received. I lost more than 80, 000+ and didnt even get a car.

Tesla took a case number and wont give me a ETA on when money is coming back.

And even worse, my model 3 arrives in 3 days and they want me to pay for it and cant use my funds that they already have.

Yikes!

And its not your fault for paying via ACH. Tesla wants us to do that.

Honestly, not even surprising. I bought a Model 3 at the tail end of 2019, and it is nearly April of 2021, and they have yet to transfer ownership to me according to DMV. So I still don’t have registration or plates for the car besides the temps I got when I bought it.

I haven’t been able to reach anyone to can actually help. The last reasonable response I received was that they filed the DMV paper work in December of 2020 so I should receive the plates soon. My guess is they might have filed and they’re stuck with registration fees and they threw off to the side. No sense of urgency to resolve my issue.

If you’re buying a Tesla, don’t expect customer service or even theft.

I was being detained by Auchan employees security years ago and even after calling police they weren't penalised. I filled for lawsuit and third party lawsuit and co-joint administrative-judicial pressure.
They had Notoriety "bad reputation" that institutions had no instrument called Dictionary ...The Companies/ Multinationals are doing bad business. Stupid people were hired at those companies. I mean the security staff barely had some 8 grades....Even lawyers and judges are stupid/foolish if not outright evil to use wording like "notoriety" as positive" for abusive companies!!!!edit: Never believe the french, they are racist, cons, etc Auchan....Mason-bolshevik distopia....You leave Asia and Communist Bolshevik distopia follows you...Mind you if I tell you there are bogus people who trade bitcoin in market and are ex commie cheats ....somewhere in East EUROPE
