I'm happy Lulu finally got a new skin, Love the dragon, the new animations, Love it, but if you dont play Lulu I dont see why anyone would hate this =:3

I think I like this skin, but riot should retexture it to match the splash. Like in the splash the hat is blue, but here it's brown.. I would also make the face more appealing

i love my new epic lulu skin! :D lulu is awesome, my fave support ever! whats not to love when you have shields, 80% slows, speed boosts, polymorphs, reveal invis, poke that can shoot round corners, knock ups, AOE slowing aura, spell damage boosts, huge heals as well as being able 2 make poeple massive!! shes so incredibly OP when u know how 2 play her well like me.

Honestly the detail in the effects make the skin worth the price, sure they look similar, but they are so much more complicated and have obviously taken more time than the default lulu skin, IMO, this is a completely reasonable price.

the not counting fiddle galio also includes champs that can perform the role but arent really useful for it and not picked often, such as zilean, morgana, mentioned karma, etc. You can also play ad tf, ad nidalee bot and whatsoever

I think its good, for skins that have completely changed models but not the custom voiceovers, that are somewhere between legendary and normal skin.

It was a leak thread that included this skin and a bunch of others, as well as previous ones the poster got correct. So it's not a for sure thing, but considering the OP's track record I'd say it's probably accurate. Don't have the link though, it was linked on the LoL forums.

this skin has a bit of legendary quality with the small particle changes and effects but as it doesnt have the audio it is not a full legendary skin, but it is not a normal skin either, as it has these new effects. normal skins are 975 RP and legendary skins are 1820 RP and the price for this lulu skin is in between the two prices as is the quality of her skin, i.e. it has a bit of a normal quality skin and bit of legendary quality. hence the raised price

Ciderhelm is just the one I watch. There are tons of other channels showcasing lots if not all of the champions' skins.

It's the principle behind it; this skin is no different from the more recent skins released, which have been determined by the community as "975 value." However, this skin has been sold for 1350 RP, and it's price has been rationalized by the Riot employee Hippalus; the rather recently hired Director of eCommerce, and the same person that rationalized the Ward Skins feature (of which the skins were temporary.)

Selling extras for profit is fine, but raising the price and not the bar isn't.

taric is by far the best with the current meta ad vs ad gives bonus armor to ally and strips it away from enemies can dish out some really good damage while being relentless in battle along with hard CC and a sudo baron buff ulti

this would be totally worth the money if when she ults herself the pet baby dragon would turn into a fully grown dragon and if she level up her ult the pet dragon grows .
