I’ve taken the plastic cover off to allow for this to fit my crank as the diameter of this is 20mm. Appears to work ok. I’ll use some pvc tape to bridge the gap.

Can you use it for road bikes? Can you spin the crank while on this?

I bought this stand for my Specialized with SRAM PF30 center.. It has 30mm so it won't fit.. my mistake, but there could be another piece of plastic to allow for 20mm/30mm. Even worse the pedals DMR wault are too big and if I put the stand on the opposite side to chain to service the derralieur, it won't rotate, because the stand is too short.. I am so disappointed with this.. How should I solve it? The store obviously will not replace it, because of slight wear after only one time use..
