I was on the M60A3 for 3 years. Changed a couple packs. We had one on the platoon leaders tanks that lost a lot of power. When we pulled the pack a couple of connecting rods were poking out of the case. I was surprised as it kept running.

We had 3 V16 567C engines for emergency generators. I ❤️ diesel engines. 😊

How would you campare the M60's Continental v's a Leopard 1's MTU power pack ?
