Suspensions:
Root in bass - 7th to 6th
Third in bass - 9th to Tonic
Fifth in bass - 4th to 3rd

You're so confusing. At the beginning you say to use the 9th, after you change and use 7 notes away. You dont explain the change. It's because you are not sure what you are explainning
