This here is an example of when a vision becomes reality: Truck #100.
Now for a bit of background. When MigWay was still small, our CEO David made sure every new truck that hit the road had the MigWay touch. This involved special changes and adjustments, as well as perfectly placed signs on the tractors. He always made sure to do the signs himself - and it served two purposes. For one, he could make sure each sign was perfect, and two, he could feel that satisfaction every time a new truck was added on.
Fast forward to 2021, and we’re over 100 trucks now, but each truck still gets that special MigWay touch, and David still enjoys putting the stickers on. We hope every driver takes as much pride in our equipment as we do!
And remember to always work towards your visions!
