He used strawberry jam but blueberry works too.
Personally tried it, Hope Toast is very very delicious. He said it taste best with lots of jam and he was right.

IMO its basically comparing a professional chef to someone who only does basic cooking. Like if it were me, i would just go for J-hopes Sandwich. Its a breakfast sandwich, since most of us have a busy lifestyle, we need something that is easy to eat on to go, fast to make. Honestly, i would just pick J-Hopes one on a daily basis. But if i am not in such a rush or having a day off, definitely Gordons since its pretty luxurious.
