I'm glad they are now in production.

Good that there are more velomobiles coming to market. After following Alert Jacob's blog on the Quatrovelo and Snoek, there is a HUGE amount of work goes into getting these machines into actual production.

After my old Borealis was totaled from a car, I'm worried the hatch design and closeness to the pilot is dangerous.
My old Borealis is very similar. In my collision, my head went forward and smashed into the edge of the head opening. Slicing my nose and barely missing the bone. The resulting impact has given me prolonged concussion symptoms.
Most other velomobiles on market, either have a larger opening, or the section closest to the pilot is molded foam, which would break or absorb more impact than a fiberglass/carbon body panel.

The only thing I do not like is no front suspension. Does not work for my roads sadly.
