Hi Joel, I’ve been watching your content throughout the years. I am an owner operating with one employee. I am very zealous to grow my company. Your videos really inspire me to be better. I wanted to ask if I’d be able to come into your office and see some of your systems and operations?

Thank you for all that you share. I just started my business a little over a year ago, things are going pretty good, but I am hesitant on hiring because I don't want or know how to deal with workmans comp, taxes, and unemployment

Running a business is such a different proposition from doing work. I know how to perform the tasks I have experience with but the skill sets of managing people and being a liason and keeping all the balls in the air hiring and firing and making payroll all while making a profit. So intimidating.

Our company failed because no one cared about others and those who cared were ousted. It does not matter what you know but who you know that is the sad truth. By the way I resigned, I could not take it any longer.
