Sometimes it's difficult to decide to use the article in Greek or not?

In today's video I have 4 tips for you in order to remember if you need it or not.

1. Always use articles with names:
Είμαι η Αλεξάνδρα!
Η Μαρία είναι στην κουζίνα.
Ξέρω τον Νίκο.

⛔️BUT BE CAREFUL👇
DON'T USE THE ARTICLE IN THIS PHRASE👇
Με λένε Αλεξάνδρα.

2. Μου αρεσει ➕️ NOUN
Μου αρέσει το παγωτό!

3. After the prounouns αυτός, αυτή, αυτό use always the article⬇️
Αυτός ο άντρας είναι συνάδελφός μου.
Αυτή η γυναίκα είναι η κόρη της νονάς μου.
Αυτό το παιδί είναι το παιδί της φίλης μου.

4. When you're talking about something specific or unique, use the article⬇️

Διαβάζω το βιβλίο.
Ο ήλιος είναι τέλειος.
Τρώω το κοτόπουλο που είχα στο ψυγείο.

I'm a second-generation Greek American. I know that the article may or may not be repeated between an adjective and a noun ("το μικρό το παιδί" or "το μικρό παιδί"). Are these absolutely interchangeable or is there a slight difference in meaning?
