Kwikset Obsidian - How to Factory Reset
1. Pull battery Out
2. Hold program button
3. Drop battery pack back in
4. Continue to hold program button for 30 seconds
5. Let go of program button when user hears beep
6. LED will flash red twice then re-click the program button
7. Light will flash then it will end with the lock rehanding

Thank you! The important detail which isn't captured in the manual is to hit the reset on the second red blink per your instructions. I called Wiser twice and they didn't even know this.

I can’t get my lock to factory reset. It just keeps beeping without the flashing lights. Any other tips?

My Quickset Obsidian stopped allowing me to lock the door from the outside. I can unlock it but I can't lock it. When I enter the code it beeps three times and flashes the lock and the checkmark. Any suggestions?

So I changed the batteries and the sequence changed on the on off buttons. Can you tell me why when I hit the main button on the keypad now just unlocks the door without code, and you have to use the code now to lock it? Please help!

I did that process but the lock didn’t do the rehandling process nor will my phone pair with the lock. Any ideas?

My obsidian won’t unlock when I try, it locks every time just fine but when I put in the code to unlock it won’t and then check mark in the corner won’t do anything either

Would this delete all the codes that were ever put on the lock ???

All this is great, but how do I reset my code after resetting to 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
