It is very good, since you can get a portion of a Starlight skin with the fragments, plus a skin. 150 more diamonds for ~50-70 Crystal of Aurora and 60-70 Rare Fragments while also giving you a bit of BP for those who don't own heroes

For me if you want some aurora crystals and a venom skin and some fragments this would be a nice way but its much better if you buy the actual skin because it's 2% you may get some luck but sometimes moontoon will sobotage you

i think this is a win either way cause chances of getting skin at 70th draw isn't that high and even if you get it on 70th draw you still got some compensation
