I do grow herbs...love mint. I take it mainly fresh coz in Uganda it grows all year round.
I do dry in my guest room too. I use the dry on my travels.
Spear mint is my favourite for tea.
Chocolate mint for smoothies

Hi Priscilla,
I enjoy so much watching all of your videos. But this one was especially inspiring, as I have never seen tea made from fresh leaves before. I definitely would like to try this some time.

I just found your channel while searching mint harvest and drying. What lovely lady and easy tutorial you've shared. Daughter just got me started in outdoor herbs at my place. Thanks so much.

Garden tea is my favorite. It sure doesn’t grow like that here in Florida. But I can grow a little.

Thanks for the tutorial Priscilla. I've been drying mint and other herbs for a number of years now, but this gave me a few ideas on how to improve the process.

Thanks Joas wife! I am inspired - though I would have no mint tea left over after winter thats for sure, its my favourite. I love the way your face lights up when you smile. Genuine compliment. Thanks to Joas, you (sorry, I forgot your name), and your family.

This was great! I should have known how to do this a few years ago when I owned and operated a tea shop. This mint tea is really good and I used to drink it when I lived in Egypt...just as you do only mint...sometimes we could mix it with dark tea and than was lovely too. Thank you for showing all your viewers how you harvest and dry your mint.

I enjoy tea and here in india we love tea with milk in it :) Nowadays however it has become a fad to drink green tea and other kinds of similar tea - all the influence from China - but there is nothing like a good tea with milk :0)
