you have to decrease the value of the proportional and increase value of differentiator to decrease overshoot and raise the stability of system also decrease the value of the integrator to 0.01 or less

I have a question maybe you can help with. Using this method, there is no limit to how much voltage the model motor can draw. If you place a scope on the input of the transfer function, you will see that given a large setpoint, it will jump the voltage up into the thousands. However, if I limit this to 12v, I don't get near the performance that the real system gives. Is there a good way to mitigate this?
