If you are using samsung galaxy then try doing all steps and uninstalling any game booster or plugin or launcher it worked for me 🙂

Metodo novo que fiz e funcionou
1° Abra o jogo
2° Assim que abrir o jogo e pedir qual conta conectar, logo em seguida clique nos 3 pontos e abra no chrome
3° Logue normal no chrome e assim que voltar no jogo pedindo novamente conecte uma conta ou crie uma nova ... Clique em criar uma nova e clique no botao de voltar pra bugar a opção e irá logar normalmente
