If you think it's just Physical fitness, you are WRONG.
Went through this in the Canadian Forces, on a Combat Leaders Course.
Everything thrown at you, physical fitness, including sleep depravation, giving you tasks and a ridiculous time frame to guage your mental state of mind, and how you performed under stress.
On a particular day, one instructor after another, in waves telling us we were in the wrong uniform and having a very few minutes to change and fall back into formation ... after what felt like an hour of this, the course Warrent came out and listed off a litany of things we had to change into and get back in formation.
Picture this ... almost 35 Celcius, hot parade ground.
Combat pants, dress uniform top, one muckluk and snow shoe, one parade boot, parka, gas mask on, one winter mitt, one dress uniform glove and we all had to look alike or else and all drenched in sweat.
Now in formation, thinking these instructors are probably laughing their asses off, behind the building and I'm laughing to myself at the mother lovers, and three down from me a guy sobbing his eyes out inside the gas mask ... no, he was gone by 10am in the morning. Cruel??? What was the trg vaĺue??? Consider what we were on the course for ... there are no prizes for second best.
Much respect to these guys.
🧐😳😲🤯🤠🤠🤠🤠
Look at Joko's eyes ... a Lion staring at a Lamb ... that's what your eyes look like, compared to him.

Imagine the Navy Seals, who put their bodies through all of that torture only to be smoked by Manuel Noriega’s house guards. Who spend their time drinking tequila and smoking cigars.😂
