Ok, so this one is really specific, but hear me out:

1. Start Science Sandbox.
2. Alt+F12 and unlock all technology.
3. Basically play Sandbox but you're now able to do all the science and stuff.

If you overclock the ion engines you could lower your burn time by like 20 fold while keeping the efficiency

Start ion engines, accelerate time x4, go make a coffee, come back, still 15 minutes left of burning xenon
