Zhang fei not suited become general. He is similiar with xu chu: bodyguard. At most he should lead liu bei most elite detachment (tiger division). Guan yu a little better. He better suited become rear guard general 2* general, very destructive but not agile enough to be vanguard general. Zhao yun i think betetr than both to become 4* general, not just vanguard general. Hes brave, strong and not stupid and adaptable and more humble than both.
