One more way of using moringa flowers is in form of Raita. Blanch moringa flowers, add to curd along with green coriander, pudina. One of the most delicious and healthy form of raita.

I always made thick tasty soup from Moringa leaves.
Simply boil a glass of water with a pinch of salt then add washed & coarsely chopped moringa leaves along with its stalk close the content with the lid for ONE min. Put off the gas.
Now Cool, put in the blender & grind. Later add a little water to the content & tranfer to the strainer & strain the soup. Enjoy this warm soup specially during rainy & winter season. Excellent for health.

I like the receipe of moringa leaves chatany, I will try.
Thank you.

I always used to buy moringa leaves and keep it in fridge and throw it away. Once I saw this recipe I started using moringa leaves properly. The video is simple and superb. I tried adding some sesame seeds to it, but the texture of chutney changed . So just sticking to this recipe and it goes well with rice, roti, even idly. My daughter thinks its mint chutney and enjoys it. Thank you for this video!

I like the style of your Moringa chutney.

We have been making and eating Moringa leaves Chutney for ages. It has always been in our family. But we don't complicate it the way it has been done here. Our approach to making Moringa chutney is very simple.

We only use Moringa leaves, Dhaniya leaves and Pudina leaves in 10:2:2 ratio, with a few green Chillies thrown in (as per taste). We grind all the leaves/chillies together and add lemon juice of at least 4-5 lemons and salt as per the taste.

We don't need to add anything else (Daal, Mustard, Tamarind, etc) and there is NO USE of heating any thing. Still the chutney comes out as heavenly. Kept in an airtight container and in side the refrigerator, the chutney easily survives for more than 3 weeks. But it has never managed to survive so long as we just don't allow it to be left for that long.
