iPhone 16 New Spatial Features + Pro Max vs Base Model

We were curious if there was a difference with the new iPhone 16 Pro Max vs. the Base model iPhone 16. Seems to be a slightly wider angle from the Pro Max, but not much. Let me know your findings if you have noticed anything. More coming soon on the Spatial Audio side of things.

Will post these spatial clips to the Vision Pro app Caspy and Spatial Station if you have a pair of goggles.

How is the quality of spatial photos !?? In comparison to some professional cameras, it has quite a lot of Megapixels in size, should be enough quality to fill in pixels in spatial photos !??

I have a 15 pro max and with the update there is spatial mode. I don’t have the editing section. Where is this at?

These seem to be a small step in the right direction. Not super immersive though. Does the AVP film in 1i0 immersive 3d? Curious how that looks in headset... compared to a canon r7 w dual fisheye lense??

Just wondering if you're able to upload a short sample video with spatial audio (with spatial video too if available) turned on to wetransfer, dropbox etc I have looked everywhere for sample videos direct from the camera but after a week haven't found any anywhere on the internet I am interested in the process of editing these files Thanks!

How does it feel to watch these spatial photos and videos compared to on a screen? I don't get the point right now.

Thanks, that was interesting..I've not seen a vision pro yet.
The virtual self looks good, but I can't quite put my finger on it why it looks strange.
It looks a bit like a reanimated dead person.. the eyes and mouth move, but the rest of the face doesn't.
A bit creepy! I know it is all a work in progress though.

Have seen multiple videos regarding spatial photos / videos and I have still no idea what it does.

Images look like ordinary photos. What exactly is this thing good for? Seems like even the video uploaders struggle to give any good answers… 🤷🏼‍♂️

That Spatial video looks like ordinary video playing. Nothing special happening really
