Man the flavor from the heads! Don't throw them out. Keep them for stock or save them to add extra flavor when sauteeing shrimp for a shrimp pasta white wine and olive oil based sauce.

In America, it's more common to hear:

"How to Peel and Devein Shrimp"
not
"How to Peel and Devein Shrimps"

Even though both are correct.

In smaller prawns, there is a vein in the front and the back, which means it takes a long time to devein them. 🤦‍♂️
