It seems stronger magnets which could, if multiplied were swallowed, stick together and tear up the insides as such toys like zen balls (looked all this up online) were banned as they had many parts.

As a side note it’s is illegal to sell as a kids toy that’s what it means, not the act of selling the magnet it’s self, that’s how he was able to tell it was an illegal magnet, cause of the strength and the fact it’s in a puddy toy for kids
