Διατηρεί παθητικά τη σωστή θερμοκρασία στο εσωτερικό του, συνδυάζοντας υψηλού επιπέδου θερμική άνεση και εσωτερική ατμόσφαιρα με πολύ χαμηλή ενεργειακή κατανάλωση.
It is the first in Europe and the second in the world passive healthcare building of its kind, certified by the Passive House Institute of Germany and the Hellenic Passive House Institute. It passively maintains the correct temperature inside, combining high-level thermal comfort and indoor atmosphere with very low energy consumption.
