What are liquidity pools in Forex? Liquidity pools are areas in forex where people have places their stop losses. It is basically pockets of money where the banks drive price in order to hit those stop losses, and hence take the liquidity that is resting there. There are many different retail patterns, and the banks use them to their advantage to manipulate the markets and take peoples money. Liquidity pools exist literally everywhere in the markets once you have trained your eye to look for them.
