I love your gift to Sally. The Golden Wedding Anniversary Sampler was well received and from today I'm only wearing the finger splint at night 😊. I have a piece of Goldwork waiting to be finished. I'm sure you'll both enjoy the kit. I went on a 4-day course about 6 years ago and finished the piece but have too many assorted WIPs stitch) on the go and some need time to pick up where I left off so get put aside for longer! Enjoy your weekend.

I love Krista’s designs and her book is very worth every penny as you showed all the patterns available as well as a design section full of patterns. I have used the traditional Greek fabric for a couple of designs. Aida would be easily used as there are full crosses. She has some patterns where 30 count is suggested. Her company is Avlea (based in Salem, Oregon). I have taken photos of the patterns and used them on my IPAD as I do not want to mark up a book. Thank you for an honest opinion on the book.
