THIS is Breathless from THE CORRS!
"Breathless" is a single by Irish pop-rock group The Corrs, released in 2000, taken from their third studio album In Blue, and co-written/produced by Shania Twain's producer and husband, Robert John "Mutt" Lange.
Although often confused by many to be Shania Twain, indeed it is The Corrs. It scaled all major international charts and gave them their first (and only) UK number 1. It also reached its peak at number 1 in Ireland and France and placed high in the top ten in Australia and in the top thirty in United States on March 27, 2001. (The song reached the Top 40 on March 13, 2001.)
The single was the 33rd biggest-selling in the UK in 2000. It was also featured in the opening scene of the film The Wedding Date, starring Debra Messing. 'Breathless' plays in the background while Messing's character races around her New York City apartment trying to prepare to catch a plane.
The Corrs, the Irish sibling supergroup, play a special St. Patrick's Day concert at Britain's famous Royal Albert Hall to coincide with the release of their sophomore album, "Talk On Corners." Special guest Mick Fleetwood plays drums for three songs, including "Dreams," "Haste to the Wedding," and "Toss the Feathers."
Andrea Corr ... (lead vocals, tin whistle)
Caroline Corr ... (drums, bodhrán, vocals)
Sharon Corr ... (violin, vocals)
Jim Corr ... (guitar, keyboards, vocals)
