Register FIDO U2F Yubikey with privacyIDEA for two factor authentication

privacyIDEA 2.7 supports FIDO U2F devices. You can register/enroll the U2F device like the Yubikey. But you can also use this very U2F device to login to the privacyIDEA webui itself.
